Description: Join our team to install and maintain high-quality irrigation and bore pumping systems on commercial and agricultural properties, executing to custom designs made by our engineers, to a high quality standard of work.
Salary & Benefits: $ 35 - 45 per hour, depending on skill level and trade certification for electricians, with a commitment of 38 hrs /week year-round.
Location: We work across Perth and its surrounding suburbs, from Gingin to Serpentine and inland, up to 90 minutes travel time to site. Our yard is in Herne Hill.
Day to Day: This is a full-time role (from the start) on the field, in a high-intensity environment that requires discipline, knowledge, and a great attitude!

What we're looking for
- Experience in a similar role in the water services industry (required for Irrigation Technicians, and preferred for Electricians).
- Knowledge in working with water bores and submersible pumps (preferred).
- Dedication to the job, our teams love what we do and we do not compromise on that. If you're looking for just the next job, this is not it.
- Initiative and eagerness to learn and improve.
- Diligence and attention to detail, we want you to be proud of the work you deliver.
- Teamwork and support of other team members to the best of your ability.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for both team and client interactions.Good time management and efficiency.
- Ability to adapt to the different products & services we offer, sites (farms, equine, residential, etc), and locations we work on.
